IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SAVERS

You can continue to open new savings accounts and manage your existing accounts in all the usual ways, such as by using our Online Service, calling us or by sending us an email. You will find all our contact details here.

Have you registered for our Online Service?  

By registering you will be able to view and operate most of your accounts from anywhere, at a time convenient to you. This includes paying in by debit card and faster payment, and withdrawing funds to your nominated bank account. You can also open and fund any of our existing savings accounts that are available online, as well as send and receive secure messages.

Withdrawal requests  

Instructions for withdrawals by Faster Payment must be received by 3.00pm for withdrawals the same day. 

 

Access to your funds 

If you need to give someone access to your account in the short-term, perhaps because you're isolating and unable to get to branch to withdraw money, you can use our third party mandate form to allow someone to carry out transactions on your behalf.  You can download the form here.
