Information needed to apply online

Information you will need to hand to enable you to fully complete your Online mortgage application:

  • Annual income for each person applying for the mortgage (including bonuses, overtime, benefits);
  • Employer contact details;
  • Self Assessments and/or Tax Returns;
  • Details of any other income, such as Rental, Investments, Pension, Tax Credits, Child Benefit and Maintenance payments;
  • Details of your monthly commitments (loans including existing mortgage, credit cards, maintenance payments);
  • Solicitor contact details (if required);
  • Debit card details for payment of any processing and valuation fees;
  • Bank details of the account from which the monthly mortgage payments will be made.

Requirements, availability and status 
What's involved when you apply online for a National Counties mortgage

Borrowers must be aged 18 years or over and to comply with legislation the Society will need to confirm identity prior to completion of the mortgage. Details of the identification needed will be supplied on request. Loans are subject to valuation and status. Additional security may be required

Security will be required for the loan.
YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE
