If your mortgage with National Counties completed on or after 31 October 2004

Your mortgage is regulated by the Financial Services Authority. A further advance is easily arranged up to a maximum of 75% of the property value and subject to a minimum borrowing limit of £2,000. If your mortgage with National Counties completed before 31 October 2004.

Your mortgage is currently not a Regulated Mortgage Contract. A further advance is easily arranged up to a maximum of 75% of the property value and subject to a minimum borrowing limit of £2,000. If you are interested in applying for additional borrowing we will convert your existing mortgage to a Regulated Mortgage Contract, which will mean that your mortgage will be regulated by the Financial Services Authority. There will be no extra cost to you besides the usual Further Advance processing and completion fees. After viewing the products that are available please contact us at the Customer Centre on 01372 747771 to arrange for a Key Facts Illustration and application form to be posted to you. When you call us we will ask you some basic financial information and other questions about the property to ensure that the loan you are requesting is affordable and can be achieved based on our lending criteria.
