MEMBER ACCOUNTS

ASSISTANT 

£14,500 - £17,000 p.a. + benefits

This role represents an opportunity to acquire or extend your knowledge and experience in both mortgage and savings administration. You will enjoy a wide variety of work and job interest, initially assisting our savings team with the administration of new savings products, and the processing of deposits and withdrawals to/from existing accounts. On the mortgage side, you will assist with the release of funds, mortgage completions, capital payments, transfers, retention releases, arrears and deeds control.

Comprehensive training and full support towards new or ongoing study for relevant professional qualifications is available.

There is also the opportunity to participate in the Saturday morning cashier rota, for which an additional allowance is paid.

Key requirements

At least 4 GCSEs or equivalent (A-C grades, incl. Maths & English), good oral and written communication skills, computer literacy and an appreciation for accuracy and high standards of customer service.

Participation in the Saturday morning cashier rota will be required, for which an additional allowance is paid.

Previous experience within the Bank or Building Society would be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Starting salary will be dependent on qualifications, skills and experience.
