Introduction to our Online service

Our Online service is a facility that enables both National Counties savers and borrowers to have secure access to their accounts. This service can be used for the following activities:-

Services available using National Counties Online
 Savings customers
Mortgage customers 
  • Open a new savings account *
  • Add money to your account using your debit card
  • Transfer money between your National Counties accounts
  • Withdraw money by direct credit (Faster Payments) to your bank account
  • View your account balance, interest rate and account transactions
  • Add or remove bank account details for withdrawals
  • Give notice of withdrawal on Notice Saver, Direct 90 Notice, 90 Day, Monthly High Income, 45 Day Notice Cash ISA or Fixed Rate Cash ISA accounts
  • Send and receive secure messages (e.g. change of address)
  • Apply for a new mortgage account (obtain an Agreement in Principle and up to 5 different mortgage illustrations based on your requirements)
  • Make payments to your mortgage account by debit card, including lump sum capital repayments
  • View your account balance, interest rate and account transactions
  • Transfer money from your savings account to your mortgage
  • Request a drawdown from your borrowing reserve *
  • Drawdown money from pre arranged mortgage facilities *
  • Send and receive secure messages (e.g. change of direct debit date)
