ncbs launches 2 year fixed rate mortgage at 3.09%
1 March 2011 - National Counties Building Society announces the launch of a 2 Year Fixed Rate mortgage, available for direct applications only. This product offers a fixed rate of 3.09% until 31st March 2013, followed by our standard variable rate (SVR), currently 4.69% for the remaining term. The overall cost for comparison is 4.7% APR. An early repayment charge (ERC) is applicable for the duration of the fixed rate term. Loans are available exclusively for purchase applications up to 75% of the purchase price.
