4th November 2011 - National Counties was pleased to support the inaugural Epsom and Ewell Business Excellence Awards.
The awards were launched by the MP for Epsom and Ewell, Employment Minister Chris Grayling, earlier this year to highlight the range of dynamic local businesses which continue to provide excellent service to their customers despite the difficult times economically.
NCBS sponsored the 'Best Young Entrepreneur' Award, which was won by Rosie Heafford, founder of Second Hand Dance. A professional contemporary dancer & choreographer, Rosie has set up her own dance company which provides opportunities for professional and non-professional dancers of all ages and abilities to create, explore and perform new work.
National Counties also entered the awards in two categories - Best Innovation (for our Family First Guarantor Mortgage) and Best Marketing and Communication Campaign (for the promotion of the 2nd Issue Index Linked Cash ISA in 2010). The Society was short listed in both categories and won the award for Best Marketing and Communication Campaign.
Further information about the awards is available at Epsom Business Awards.
