National Counties donates £1020 to The Children's Trust on behalf of its members

6th February 2012 - Following completion of the company's annual customer survey, National Counties Building Society is pleased to announce a donation of £1020, on behalf of its members, to help support the work of The Children's Trust, Tadworth.

The Children's Trust is a national charity which provides specialist care to some of the UK's most severely disabled children, as well as rehabilitation to children with an acquired brain injury.

National Counties compiles a customer survey on an annual basis to ensure that it is continuing to meet the needs of its customers. For every completed questionnaire, National Counties has donated 25p for hardcopy returns and 35p for online completions.

Joanna Wood, Marketing and Communications Manager at National Counties, said "As a building society it's important to us that we are supporting the local community, we've had a positive response from our members and are very pleased to support The Children's Trust."

Katie Roberts, Head of Community Fundraising at The Children's Trust commented "We are thrilled that National Counties have chosen to support The Children's Trust once again this year. Donations like theirs help us to continue our work providing care, education and therapy to children with multiple disabilities, and rehabilitation to children with an acquired brain injury."
