As a mutual organisation, owned by our members, we value what you think about the products we offer and the service we provide. Please help us to improve these by completing this questionnaire, which is designed to tell us what we are doing right and where we need to improve to meet your needs more effectively. For each questionnaire completed online, the Society will make a 35p donation to the Children's Trust in Tadworth, Surrey. The Children's Trust provides specialist care for severely disabled children many of whom have particularly complex health needs. More information on the work of The Children's Trust can be found on their website http://www.thechildrenstrust.org.uk The Children's Trust is a registered charity, number 288018.
